What we speak, we manifest, so take time each day to truly "think" before you speak. Positive words and thoughts have benefits to our well-being. They can have a profound effect on the mind, body, spirit and social aspects of our journey. Some refer to it as the Mind-Body connection. When we speak messages go to our brains. When we are speaking positively the blood flow in our system runs well. Negative speech can cause the body to be in a fight or flight state – it tenses, or begins to tighten and puts more pressure on the muscles within, including the heart.
Words can bring to life a person’s capabilities, strengths, talents, and skills. Write an affirmation and repeat it every day this week and take note of what you see in your thoughts, emotions and outlook for each day. Your body believes everything you say, so watch your words, and be sure that what you speak is what you want to manifest.
