About Dionne
HER STORY
Dionne is a Certified Corporate Wellness Coach, Licensed Massage Therapist and Founder of Wholistic Insight Now (WIN); she is a Balance Coach and Self-Care Enthusiast with a mission to heal, educate and empower clients to achieve overall self-care both personally and professionally. She fosters this through her P.E.S.E. Process™ (pronounced “peace”).
With over 25 years of corporate experience and a multifaceted approach to wellness, at WIN we guide clients to developing sustainable self-care practices that bridge the gap between their personal and professional well-being. By providing holistic tools and personalized support, we work to facilitate consistent positive behavioral shifts that align with your unique lifestyle and goals.
WIN reaches diverse demographics through partnerships with corporations, small businesses, and organizations.
HER UNFOLDING LIFE:

Dionne is a devoted mother to an amazing adult son and enjoys spending time with family and friends, while also recognizing the importance of "me" time to recharge, refresh and renew.

She has been a contributing writer for a number of magazines; appeared as a guest on blog & radio shows and has also been a featured speaker at select events and workshops.

Dionne is a member of the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA),
and the Jewell Jackson McCabe Emerging Leaders Institute, Inc. (2014 Graduate).

A strong advocate of volunteerism and giving back, Dionne believes that the core of our humanity prompts us to give something positive back to the human experience. She demonstrates this by volunteering her time to a number of community organizations and causes.

Overall, Dionne believes that her accomplishments are meaningless without a solid spiritual foundation and strong support system, as she proclaims “It's never about me, but the Creator in me”. She firmly believes in being of service to others.
