Healing, Wholeness and Mastery


As we prepare to close out 2015 and walk into the greatness that lies ahead in 2016, there are four things I want you to put into practice, or shift to another level, starting now:

1) Begin each day with an affirmation, set the tone for your thoughts, engage with your spirit, be positive;

2) Incorporate some form of physical activity into your daily routine, start with a 5 minute walk, a 10 minute chair massage or simple stretches in the morning and before going to bed - your mind, body and soul will thank you for the small steps;

3) Recommit to your spiritual relationship with God, be intentional about nurturing that relationship, set the foundation; and

4) Give back, pay it forward...do something for someone outside of yourself.

Believe it or not, each one of these steps can bring us to a level of healing, wholeness and life mastery in ways that we couldn't imagine.
